雨后的蘑菇Mushrooms After the Rain

下了一整夜的雨，天刚蒙蒙亮，
Xià le yì zhěng yè de yǔ, tiān gāng mēngmēng liàng,
It rained all night long, and the sky had just begun to brighten.

兔妈妈就把正在睡梦中的小兔子叫醒，
Tù māma jiù bǎ zhèng zài shuìmèng zhōng de xiǎo tùzi jiàoxǐng,
Mother Rabbit woke the little rabbit, who was still dreaming,

要去采蘑菇。
Yào qù cǎi mógū.
to go pick mushrooms.

小兔子揉了揉惺忪的睡眼，说：
Xiǎo tùzi róu le róu xīngsōng de shuìyǎn, shuō:
The little rabbit rubbed its sleepy eyes and said:

“为什么一定要现在去啊？我还没有睡够呢！”
“Wèishénme yídìng yào xiànzài qù a? Wǒ hái méiyǒu shuì gòu ne!”
"Why do we have to go now? I haven’t had enough sleep yet!"

兔妈妈说：
Tù māma shuō:
Mother Rabbit said:

“下过雨之后，蘑菇长得特别快，
“Xià guò yǔ zhīhòu, mógū zhǎng de tèbié kuài,
"After the rain, mushrooms grow very quickly.

现在去，我们能采到最新鲜的蘑菇。”
Xiànzài qù, wǒmen néng cǎi dào zuì xīnxiān de mógū.”
If we go now, we can pick the freshest mushrooms.”

她们俩来到森林里，
Tāmen liǎ lái dào sēnlín lǐ,
The two of them arrived in the forest,

发现大树下果然长出了一丛一丛的蘑菇，
Fāxiàn dà shù xià guǒrán zhǎng chū le yì cóng yì cóng de mógū,
and found clusters of mushrooms growing under the big trees,

就像一把把小伞。
Jiù xiàng yì bǎ bǎ xiǎo sǎn.
like little umbrellas.

小兔子高兴地采了满满一篮子大蘑菇回家了。
Xiǎo tùzi gāoxìng de cǎi le mǎn mǎn yì lánzi dà mógū huíjiā le.
The little rabbit happily filled a basket with big mushrooms and went home.
